Requirements for applying for Australia WHV
WHV is only given to people who have qualifications from tertiary institutions, are aged from 18 years to 30 years, have never participated in a WHV program, are proficient in English at a 'functional' level, and have a passport that is valid for at least 12 months.
Apart from that, the documents that must be brought are a completely filled out application, paying the application fee, a photocopy of the passport from biodata to the visa stamp pages, having 1 recent passport photo, and getting a letter of support from the Director General of Immigration.
Apart from that, your documents include the results of a medical examination, namely an X-ray test at one of the radiologist panels, and a family card. Applying for a WHV also requires a lot of money. You need A$5,000 to cover your living costs at the start of your vacation before getting a job.
However, the amount depends on the cost of the round-trip plane ticket, the length of stay and the destination of departure and arrival. The salary you will get depends on the type of job you take. However, the salary is definitely above the minimum wage. The current minimum wage is A$21.38 per hour or A$ 812.60 per week in Australia
