WHO ARE WE?
At the Hong Kong Tourism Board, we are dedicated to showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of our city to people from all around the world. With the recent reopening of Hong Kong's tourism industry, we are committed to revitalizing and introducing new experiences to welcome back our visitors. In order to achieve this, we have launched a global promotional campaign and are collaborating with various sectors across the city to fully revive Hong Kong's tourism.
As we embark on this exciting journey, we are inviting passionate young talents to join our Internship Programme and work alongside industry professionals. You will have the opportunity to be assigned to one of the following functions:
FUNCTIONS
1. Business Development: Collaborating with trade partners to enhance visitors' experiences, organizing events and programs to connect Hong Kong with overseas trades, creating enticing programs to attract visitors to Hong Kong, and promoting local shops and restaurants.
2. Corporate Affairs: Engaging and cooperating with local and overseas media to generate positive awareness and encourage participation in HKTB's events and corporate initiatives. This function also focuses on cultivating a positive image of Hong Kong through stakeholder management.
3. Corporate Services: Providing professional financial, procurement, and legal advice to enhance compliance and safeguard business functions.
4. Event & Product Development: Developing events to strengthen Hong Kong's global position, formulating promotion strategies for third-party mega-events, and executing event partnership and sponsorship strategies.
5. Human Resources & Administration: Supporting various functions by recruiting talented individuals, establishing and reviewing policies, managing compensation, benefits, and staff performance, and implementing staff engagement, learning, and development initiatives. This function also oversees office administration and facilities maintenance.
6. Internal Audit: Ensuring the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and ensuring overall compliance with established policies and procedures.
